"We absolutely loved our stay here and honestly couldn’t have picked a better hotel for our time in Florence! The location was perfect — we were so close to everything and could easily walk everywhere, which made exploring the city so easy. The rooftop bar had great views of the city. One of our favourite parts of the stay was the concierge service. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and they gave us some amazing recommendations for dinners and shopping that we wouldn’t have found on our own. We had such a great experience from start to finish and can’t recommend this hotel enough. We would 100% stay here again the next time we’re in Florence!"

"Elegant, safe, relaxing property set in residential neighborhood away from the Firenze crowds. But still very close walking distance or tram stop to Duomo, Uffizzi, Academia, Ponte Vechio etc. Beautiful classic + modern decor with lovely gardens for apertivo. AC worked very well and comfortable bed - very restful stay after all the tours and walking. Breakfast is exceptional - delicious, fresh, bountiful with many selections to suit all palettes. Plus great local restaurants and shops within two blocks of property. Felt like I was in a lovely private residence with all the comfort and amenities of an upscale and welcoming home.
