Fabulous villa, great location.

Great property in a very good location. Extremely well appointed, with all you would need. Villas 21 & 22 fab for more privacy. Use of washing machines for free is a fabulous touch. Local paper delivery every morning also a nice touch. Night market right next door, very good food and little grocery store next to that very handy.

Unique spot on East coast of Rarotonga. Free use of kayaks on lagoon, snorkels may be broken or difficult to match your size. Only one TV channel! Ideal for disconnecting from the world.

Very disappointed that my pickup to airport failed to turn up. The two taxi numbers didn’t pick up. I was stranded but for a man who works at the supermarket gave me a lift which I offered him what I would pay a taxi. It’s just not good enough

Nice units near the beach with snorkel and kayaking gear provided. The pool was nice and surrounded by tropical plants, but it’s not a lap pool. The staff are lovely. We really appreciated the lounge with an honor bar, although there was also a very convenient 24-hour store nearby that had basic groceries, wine and beer and the best roast chicken for takeaway. The Muri Night Market is right next door, so we had dinner there several times. The only thing I would note is that our room was a lot more dated than the photos online, so you might want to ask for one of their renovated rooms. Also, the bed was pretty hard, but some people like that. All in all, it was a great stay.

Idyllic and convenient location! Absolute beachfront with a bus stop out front, the night market next door, and easy walking distance to shops, cafes, restaurants, ATM's and a very good museum. Beautiful lagoon out front. which is great for swimming and snorkeling and for enjoying on the paddleboards and kayaks provided. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and great shower. Having a kitchen means you can cook your own meals when you want to. The friendly, helpful staff are always happy to provide information and assist with any arrangements. So, to sum up, you will find everything you need for a great holiday at the Muri Beachcomber!

Perfect position to carry out activities and eat out, the island is only small so doesn't take long to get anywhere, decor and buildings a little bit dated - when you put you label in the door the cleaner just did what they wanted. Roosters are very loud and should be culled as they woke you very early. The wifi is non-existent. Shame that the Beachcomer doesn't have more in-house activities like some of the other resorts did. Very friendly staff and helpful.

This property deserves more than 3 stars. It is a beautifully kept, well situated spot the cottages are spotless, the huge beds are so comfortable and you are right on the most beautiful spot of Muri beach. Staff are warm and friendly always ready to help. I think we have found a hidden gem with this accommodation. So many places to eat within easy walking distance along the beach or road and having the night market next door is a plus. Thank you to the staff for cleaning our cottage everyday and replenishing our breakfast supplies daily too. We will be returning guests without a doubt. 10/10

Right on Muri lagoon. Self contained villas. Excellent facilities. All equipment is free to use with no time limits or "signing out". Wifi is also free for guests. Breakfast pack provided daily with cereal and bread for toast. It's basic but great for just getting you going for the day. Excellent alternative to a resort. Will be back.
