The staff was generally kind, but the property is in an area where businesses compete to be the noisiest. A bar 50 yards away runs all day, and a block away, the street is packed with loud bars. The noise carries into the room due to zero soundproofing. The hallway lights stay on all night, and the rooms do not have blackout curtains to block the glare. The property also keeps the first floor and balconies open all day. Once bars close, traffic starts, followed by noisy housekeepers dragging buckets and talking loudly. The bathroom lacked a soap or towel holder. There was only one broken soap holder with rusty screws. I used the shower frame to hang towels after cleaning it myself because it was dusty. The AC unit, TV, and door frames were splattered with leftover white paint. The wardrobe had a loose hinge, and the hotel has communication issues with housekeepers.Breakfast was disappointing; except for one day, it was cold, lacked napkins, and included an overly sweet drink. The restaurant sits right on the street with the doors wide open. Finally, this is a 5-story building with a bizarre layout forcing you to walk across the building just to reach the stairs for the next floor. The steps are uneven, which might be fine for younger guests, but could cause pain for an older person with a knee injury.

Mi experiencia en este hotel tuvo aspectos positivos y otros que definitivamente pueden mejorar. A pesar del inconveniente que tuve con mi reserva al momento del check-in, debo reconocer que la habitación estaba limpia y bien mantenida. Los desayunos también fueron buenos, aunque deberían ofrecer un poco más de variedad para los huéspedes que se hospedan varios días. Como sugerencia, considero que las habitaciones deberían contar, al menos, con una cafetera y una nevera, ya que son comodidades muy útiles para quienes viajan. En cuanto al servicio, creo que el personal podría ser más amable y cordial. La única excepción fue la señora que nos atendía en el desayuno y la encargada del hotel, quienes siempre fueron atentas, profesionales y serviciales. Lamentablemente, el resto del personal no transmitió la misma actitud de hospitalidad. Espero que estas observaciones les ayuden a seguir mejorando, porque con algunos cambios la experiencia de los huéspedes podría ser mucho mejor.

Buenos Días estuve 11 días allí y solamente cambiaron la ropa de cama 2 veces y eso es parte de la higiene poca higiene deben de tener más variedad en el desayuno y ser un poco más atento al huésped y a la limpieza de los cuartos. Tener plancha en los cuartos porq solamente hay una plancha para todo el hotel.

La mayoría del personal fue muy amable, pero hubo alguien que me pareció poco atenta encargada del desayuno … no se si sea normal que entren ruidos externos, encargada ocasiones se escuchaba mucho el ruido de gente haciendo relajo. Es un buen lugar para quedarse pero, creo que buscaré más opciones en mi próxima visita a Colombia. Agradezco mucho al personal que incluso le gané cariño 🙏

El hotel tiene una muy buena ubicación, muy cerca de la Carrera 70 de Medellín, y muy cerca a estaciones del metro de Medellín, está rodeado de muchos restaurantes, bares y supermercados, además de estar a pocos minutos del estadio principal y también es fácil ir al centro de convenciones Plaza Mayor (a unos 10 minutos aproximadamente) El sector es muy tranquilo, ideal para descansar. El servicio es sobresaliente, todo el personal es muy amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar, lo que hace que la estancia sea agradable. Sin dudas, un lugar muy recomendado, muchas gracias por todo, sin duda volveré.
