Clean, quiet with a very professional personal. Decentralised, but at walking distance from train station (Sakai st.) direct line to Kansai airport and city centre. I will warmly recommended this hotel.

万博へ行くため宿泊しました。 目の前からシャトル船が出ており西ゲートからの優先入場券も付いていたので12時入場より早く11時15分頃には入場できました！ とても新しいホテルで快適に過ごせました。 朝食も美味しかったです。

部屋・施設は綺麗。 朝食ビュッフェは、値段の割には少し品数が少なく物足りない。今後に期待。 致命的に残念だったのは、2点。 ・駐車場:有料はいいが、滞在中1回あたりの料金が高く、また滞在中一度出かけるとまた駐車場料金がかかる。チェックイン後、遊びに出かけるときに1500円、戻ってきて少しゆっくりして、夕食に出かけるときに1500円、宿泊してチェックアウト時に1800円。へめて、1泊滞在中の出入りは許容してほしい。 ・チェックイン時、部屋に案内されるも、明らかに予約と違う部屋。フロントに問い合わせると案内した部屋の誤りとのことで、違う部屋に案内される。入室すると、やはり予約も違うので、再度問い合わせ。そこからかなり待たされて、最終的には予約通りの部屋に入室。2度目の案内の際には、明確な謝罪なし。
