Basic accommodation worth the money. Very comfy beds clean rooms, clean bathroom. Toilet seat was too small for Toilet but did the job and shower cubicle small but no room for a bigger one. The room did its job for what we needed.

Nice place in a good location. Really clean rooms and looks fairly newly refurbished. Would have got five stars but like a lot of places these days they are advertising full breakfast included when it's only continental which I think is a bit misleading

6/10 Good

Staff are lovely. Friendly and helpful. Check in was easy and smooth. Room and bed were extremely small and not comfortable at all. Bathroom door was very difficult to shut. It was a sliding door and stiff and wobbly. No privacy. Slats were missing off the window blinds so again this infringed on your privacy from outside. The bar area is very nice although during my stay I had a dark fruit cider, a san miguel and Stella, all of which were flat. We had issues with the guests next door one night and tried to ring the number in the information folder 4 times for the night porter with no answer. When I complained the next morning I was told I should have rang the number on a piece of paper which was sellotaped to the front desk. I didn't go down to the reception so I didnt know this. Information folder needs updating with these numbers. Outside furniture was old and tatty. Approximately 10 steps upto front door which I struggled with. I didnt notice a disabled entrance of any sort. Overall hotel could do with a refurbishment but it was clean and pleasant. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you have any mobility issues.

Staff were very helpful and let us leave bags there when we arrived early. Bedroom was okay and had facility to make a warm drink, however bed was a small double so not overly a lot of room. Was no hot water in the morning for a shower, was luke warm at a push.

Great location and easy parking opposite. If you just need a bed it’s fine but we were here for a competition so girls needed sleep It was like sleeping in a disco, hot water speradic, no hot breakfast Unfortunately won’t return as didn’t suit our needs

Great stay

Comfortable room, had a desk with mirror as requested which was perfect, staff were extremely polite, nice and helpful. Room size wasn't enormous but enough space to move around, shower was a little awkward to get out of but found it really cozy, and the provided shower gel was really nice. Would definitely stay again.
