When we arrived there was no sheets, blanket, for the third person, no bath towels for the third person, there was no soap and no toilet paper, no hairdryer. The pots were on the floor near the rubbish basket. The carpet in the dining room was dirty. The apartment is large and well located.

It is well oriented, in a centric and beautiful place. It was not clean,
Dishes were dirty, the appartment was dirty, kitchen smelled bad. I called to ask for help and i had no reply

Upon arrival the property did not have heat or hot water nor bedding for the second bed and they will not return my emails to try and correct the issue. I left immediately without staying and they will not refund me.

Please DO NOT STAY here
The room was not clean and smell bad. Fridge was very dirty so I didn’t want to put anything. Restroom smell was awful and the sink was stuck somewhere. I sent numerous messages and they asked me to send e-mail. I told that I want to cancel the trip but no one respond. They just say that their team is reviewing, but no one replied until I finally check-out and escape. No worth for spending money at all.

Sin sábanas ni dar señales de vida
Reserva para 4 personas con un sofá cama. Sin sábanas ni mantas para el sofá-cama. El radiador de la habitación no funcionaba. No tenía escoba. Reclamado todo el primer día. Contestación: que habían avisado al servicio técnico. Al final, 3 noches sin sábanas y sin dar solución alguna. Nefasto el servicio de atención al cliente.

Quando arrivate assicuratevi di avere con voi sapone per le mani perché non è’ fornito ed anche la carta igienica era già iniziata e meno di mezzo rotolo . Questo lo trovo assolutamente una nota negativa , arrivi tardi in camera vuoi farti una doccia e neanche un goccio di sapone . Altra cosa c’era un cattivo odore di aceto in camera che forse era dovuto alla pulizia , ma forse sarebbe stato meglio usare un altro profumo ..
