Excelente experiência, especialmente no atendimento. Destaque para a Valéria do restaurante e o Arnaldo do apoio a recepção. Fiquei na suíte 409 (com hidro), tudo perfeito. Café da manhã regional maravilhoso e restaurante maravilhoso, tudo muito bom. Únicas críticas construtivas: qualidade dos lençóis mediana, de poliéster, esquentam e não são agradáveis ao toque; não me adaptei aos travesseiros usados; limpeza pode melhorar, como o piso é branco, marca sujeira, pelos e cabelos. No restante tudo perfeito. Mantenho nota máxima apesar disso. Localização: no Cabo Branco, próximo ao Seixas. Praia apenas cênica, mas linda. Região tranquila e segura.

O Hotel Icon em João Pessoa é muito aconchegante e confortável . O atendimento é excepcional, especialmente do mensageiro Arnaldo, sempre simpático e prestativo A limpeza do hotel é impecável, e tudo novinho, cama confortável e lençóis e toalhas cheirosos. O café da manhã é um destaque à parte, com uma variedade de opções no buffet e à lá carte, e vista para o mar. A academia é bem equipada, o restaurante tem opções de refeições bem saborosas. A localização também é muito boa, na orla de Cabo Branco.
