Flora Suites stay Jan 2025

The hotel was okay and that's it! They how ever do not accept any online booking or paid room booking. I had to pay for my room again at arrival as they refused the paid booking from hotels.com. So if you book? Be ready to make payment at property and not online. Overall okay service. Good location and clean too. I would consider visiting again.

2/10 Poor

I called even before traveling out of USA and the hotel was like expedia didn't pay on our behalf for hotel accommodation, i even got there and show the hotel proof of payment, itinerary. Hotel was asking for another new payment. Something is wrong with the hotel & expedidia payment management UP TILL NOW MY 2WKS MONEY PAID HAS NOT BEEN REFUND.
