SpringHill Suites by Marriott Indianapolis Downtown
"Room was very clean and updated. ALL the staff from Valet, to front desk, to the bartenders at The Bistro were super nice, friendly, and helpful. Parking is expensive at $40 a night and $50 for Valet. I did not eat the free breakfast so I cannot say how it tasted and what all was available. However, I did eat at The Bistro and the food was really good. I had the cheese burger one night and grilled chicken another. They have a small laundry area where you can wash and dry your clothes which is really nice if you're stay is long. I loved how close the hotel is to IU hospital if you have family or friends who are being treated there. Also, the Indianapolis Museum, and a Native American museum is right across the street and walking distance from the hotel. The Indianapolis Zoo is also very close by. My only complaint is how thin the walls are. You can hear loud conversations next door. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying in the downtown area as the price is very reasonable and it's also in a safe area."
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Indianapolis Dtn-Conv Ctr Area by IHG
"all the staff i interacted with was very kind and helpful! i would definitely recommend this place."
Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Indianapolis Downtown
"We stayed 2 nights, August 20-21. Probably a 3-4 star hotel. Easy parking in the garage under the Marriott complex. Parking cost is as expected for a major city like this, $40 a night self park, $55-60 for valet. First time travelers may have a problem with the cost you so need to know beforehand. Really no complaints. Phone didn’t work but it wasn’t big deal. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. We stayed on the top floor, room 825, and there was no issue with hot water for a shower. Stayed for Garth Brooks opening concert at Gainbridge Fieldhouse and it was a nice walk to get there, probably 15 minutes. Decent breakfast, typical for a hotel like this. The staff was pleasant and the afternoon/evening girl was very helpful in getting us some milk for our White Russian nightcaps. I wish I could remember her name but she was so helpful. Easy 20 minute walk to the Zoo which was nice. Had a nice area out front with tables to sit and enjoy a drink or a smoke. Would definitely stay here again."
Omni Severin Hotel
"Even with a room mix up, everything was great! The staff was amazing."
Hyatt Place Indianapolis Downtown
"Perfect location. Right across the street from Gainbridge."
The Fontana Hotel
"The signage from 212st Street is sorely lacking. Even following Google maps, finding the entrance is difficult. Parking to check in was a challenge, and parking after I returned from the event I was attending was limited as well. I had to park in the lot on the other side of shrubs and trees and walk through them to get to my entrance door. Inside, the hotel is nice and I would stay there again. Especially now that I know how to get in the property!"
Embassy Suites by Hilton Indianapolis North
"Suite was huge and on the top floor. Loved it. Bar in the middle of the hotel that was great."
Drury Inn & Suites Indianapolis Northeast
"Stopped here passing through Indy. Hotel was very nice and we had our room upgraded. The property was clean and the breakfast was a cut above typical hotel breakfasts. All of the staff were very friendly. My only gripe was that one of the elevators wasn’t working and wait times were quite long and the remaining elevator was quite crowded during busy times."
Home2 Suites by Hilton Indianapolis Downtown
"Staff very nice- breakfast was amazing!"

This duration allows visitors to enjoy an array of historical sites, such as monuments and museums, as well as engaging in the vibrant sports scene, including basketball and baseball, along with live music and theatre performances. This trip offers great value for money, making it a perfect option for travellers on a budget.
- Look for last-minute deals on Hotels.com: To uncover great deals on Indianapolis hotels, visit the DealsOpens in a new window or Last-Minute Deals sections on Hotels.com, where you may discover discounted rates as your travel date approaches. To stay informed about potential savings, consider enabling email alerts or push notifications for flash sales and exclusive last-minute promotions. With Smart Shopping , available via the app, you're more likely to see a comparison of hotel prices and amenities, allowing you to make informed decisions. If any rooms become available or prices drop, you'll be among the first to know, making your last-minute getaway even more accessible.
- Be flexible with dates: Prices can fluctuate based on various factors, including the hotel's location, star rating, and the time of year. Therefore, being flexible with your travel dates may assist you in finding a more affordable option for your stay in an Indianapolis hotel. For those seeking a distinctive experience, boutique hotels can provide a more personalised touch and potentially better value. When you book through Hotels.com, we will inform you if the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average. If the price appears to be on the higher side, we may suggest alternative dates that could offer more economical options.
- Consider your location: Hotels situated near the city centre generally tend to be more expensive; however, with Indianapolis's outstanding public transport connections, you may discover a more affordable independent hotel located further afield that is still well-connected. For those wishing to explore alternative, less crowded neighbourhoods or even lesser-known nearby towns, there is often excellent value to be found. Opting for these alternative destinations could provide a more authentic and budget-friendly experience.
