We stayed in the duplex and had a great experience overall. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location is great too, close to Rue des Martyrs and also Faubourg Montmartre and the covered walkways. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

6/10 Good

The hotel is very difficult to find and Google Maps has you going in circles. Rooms are not what was presented and extremely small. Staff was helpful with arranging taxis but many things are close to walk to. I would not choose this hotel to stay at again if we come back to Paris.

The location of the hotel is very convenient to accessing public transportation and tourist spots. The room is clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly to help set up room digital access and key cards. Has a mini fridge and coffee tea. Well planned storage spaces. Most importantly- has an air conditioning unit.

The property offered exactly what we were looking for. Catered well for an overnight for a family of 4. Would definitely stay here again. Public transport is really accessible and there are plenty of places to eat and drink. Highly recommended. I also used the sauna to relax in the evening which was included in the stay.

8/10 Very good

Staff were brilliant. However we were offered breakfast which not only didn't arrive on day 1, but they also didn't tell us that. Then on day 2 it arrived 30 mins late, which isn't ideal when your day is planned. So if they offer breakfast I'd just say no! Also we started getting ants in our room (Vega, 2nd floor)

6/10 Good

Staff were excellent and so was the location so its sad to write a negative review. Beds were very uncomfortable as pillows lacked any firmness. The spa amenities mostly didnt exist, it was a gym and a sauna. There were no breakfast facilities as mentioned in the description.

I will surely be back. The service and comfort were impeccable. From bag drop-off to check out, I am so happy I found this little gem. All the staff are a delight. Perfect end to my stay in Paris.

Very quiet hotel. We stayed on the ground floor but the street its on is blocked for cars, keeping it very quiet all night. This hotel had the most comfortable bed I've slept in! We were totally shocked, and wish we'd stayed longer! I would recommend this hotel for your visit to Paris!
