We had a room booket for 2 people, the bed was only made for 1, the madress was really poor, not good for 2 people. The room was clean, check in was online, got my room number and code on mail. Very easy.

Good hotel, terrible customer care
The hotel is decent for short stays and the value for money is good. Easy to access, late checkin was very easy, even if front desk is not staffed. However, service was poor. Although checkout is at 11, we were woken up with powerful knocks on the door before 8am to pay for the room “because our boss decided to close the reception earlier” (the room was guaranteed with a credit card anyway); when I said we would go in half an hour, we were told “now!”, not even a “please”. At 8:30 we wanted to have breakfast, we were told they had already closed the breakfast because “the boss decided to close earlier”, although the time announced was until 10am. After asking to see the boss without success, we were at least offered the favour of a cup of coffee. The surroundings are very quiet, which is a plus when needing to rest after late arrival, but that was spoiled by the staff’s unsolicited wake-up knocks. It would be unfair not to recommend the hotel, as the value for money is good, rooms are of good size and beds comfortable, but they really need to train their personnel in customer care.

Kundenservice sieht anders aus!
Das Zimmer fand ich wie folgt vor: 1. Der Zugangscode klappte erst nach dem 4. Versuch, obwohl die ersten drei Male auch nicht anders ausgeführt. 2. Alle 3 Fenster gekippt, auch die beiden im Flur. Gegen 20.30 h Check-In. Zu dieser Zeit Außentemperatur minus 0,5 Grad. Dementsprechend war das Zimmer ausgekühlt samt dem Bettzeug. 3. Aus der Lüftung im Bad war ein unterschwelliges Geräusch wahrzunehmen, auch bei geschlossener Badtüre. 4. In einer Ecke bei der Fensterfront lag ein undefinierbares, rotes Etwas. Zudem spinnwebenartige Gebilde. Die Punkte 2. und 3. gab ich noch am gleichen Abend dem Hotelbesitzer über das Formular „Wie war Ihr Check-In?“ bekannt. Ich konnte dort keinesfalls übernachten und war gezwungen, mir am gleichen Abend eine andere Übernachtungsmöglichkeit zu organisieren. Nachdem ich keinerlei Reaktion erfuhr, rief ich am nächsten Vormittag das Hotel an. Horrible, llegue al hotel por la tarde no habia nade en recepcion no recibi ningun correo para realizar el chek-in me puese en contacto con Hoteles.com se intentaron poner en contacto con ellos y no hubo manera,m y me quede en la calle y tuve que irme a otro hotel. Lamentable!

Zuerst war ich positiv gestimmt, denn der Check-In vorab und das Mitteilen des Codes zum Betreten des Zimmers haben super geklappt. Dass die Umgebung nicht sehr einladend ist, war für uns nicht ganz so wichtig, zumindest gab es ein paar gute Lokale zum Essen, auch mit Kindern. Aber als wir das Zimmer betreten haben, schlug uns sofort ein alter Rauchgeruch entgegen. Das Zimmer ist augenscheinlich eine umgebaute alte Einzimmerwohnung, was an sich nicht schlecht ist, denn für ein Hotelzimmer hat man viel relativ viel Platz. Der Rest war zum Davonlaufen. Keine Seife im Bad (?!), die Duschwand war nicht geputzt (schon länger, die Wassertropfen waren getrocknet aber abwischbar), das Bett und die Kommode fielen auseinander, die Sitzmöbel und der Teppich hatten überall Flecken, die Wand ebenso. Wir hatten ein dreckiges Laken auf dem Bett. Es gab eine Küchenzeile, aber davon haben wir uns lieber ferngehalten. Ich glaube, man könnte gut was draus machen, aber so wie es zu unserem Aufenthalt war, war es unter aller Sau und hat den Titel "3-Sterne-Hotelzimmer" nicht verdient. Ich habe den Anbieter ein paar Mal angeschrieben mit der Bitte um Antwort, aber da kam gar nichts. Deshalb gibts jetzt diese öffentliche sehr schlechte Bewertung. Mein Fazit? Nie wieder Europa Hotel.

Prinzipiell super Zimmer, aber leider etwas runtergekommen. Zwischenzeitlich müssen die Räume renoviert worden sein, da die Türen nicht richtig eingebaut und verputzt waren. Das Hotel ist nur im zweiten Stock und es gibt kein Personal bzw. nur zu unnormalen Zeiten. Das Bett war schrecklich, da die Matratze schon ganz abgelegen und alt war. Man hat die Drähte im Rücken gespürt und es hat bei jeder Bewegung geknarzt. Hoffentlich ändert sich der Zustand irgendwann ….

Im Hotel werden die Türen gewechselt. Keine Nummern sn den Türen. Ein falscher Zimmercode wurde uns gegeben, wirr mussten 45 Minuten warten und mehrmals telefonieren bis wir einen passenden Code bekommen haben. Schmutz in den Ecken im Bad, der Boden klebte. Kein Früstücksngebot

Ist ein Hotel im Gewerbe Gebiet. In dem Haus sind unten Geschäfte und eine Glaubensgemeinschaft. Die Zimmer waren alt, abgewohnt, zusammen gewürfelt was die Möbel an geht. Aus dem Türrahmen standen Nägel ab.
