The hotel was well-located and was minutes away from the historic centre. However, the hotel itself was rundown. As there was no elevator, I had to walk up two flights of stairs with my suitcase, the toilet in the room was filled with hair and feces, there was barely any water to flush the toilet and since the shower stall/door did not latch, water poured on to the bathroom floor. However, the water was hot, there was a floor fan to cool down the stuffy room and the internet was adequate. No restaurant in the hotel.

Areas de oportunidad.
En la primera habitación asignada, no funcionaba la persiana, tiraba agua el lavabo y había rastros de cabello en el baño. En la segunda habitación asignada, la limpieza en el baño fue de las mismas condiciones, se escuchan ruidos de las habitaciones contiguas. El estacionamiento es un tanto pequeño y el anexo poco confiable. Sin embargo, lo más incómodo fue que no cuentan con elevador.

Muy regular a malo
La atención adecuada, el precio no es malo, pero a experiencia no fue buena , viajamos 17 personas, la mayoría nos bañamos con agua fría, la regadera muy reducida, y no completamente limpia, quise usar mi plancha para el cabello y planchar no se pudo, se fue la luz a cada momento, habitaciones muy oscuras, colchones muy duros, en el estacionamiento alguien nos bloqueo, tuvimos que esperar casi una hora para poder salir, el lugar centrico

Mejor por calidad precio
Todo a corde con la relación calidad precio el único inconveniente es que se escucha mucho ruido ya que los muros son de tablaroca, lo bueno es que hay agua caliente las 24 horas y estacionamiento es propio del hotel

No tienen elevador ni rampa para discapacitados, a pesar de ello, cuando les pedimos ayuda para una persona con un pie fracturado se portaron super amables, nos cambiaron de habitación al primer piso y nos cedieron un espacio de estacionamiento mucho más accesible. Y la gente super super amable. Buena ubicación y precio único.
