Probably the worst place I ever stayed!

It’s cheap and a place to stay but it had an odor and it seemed a bit sketchy but the owners were nice. It’s not ideal for me but if your short on cash and need a place to crash it’s just fine

Nice property but wasn't the best condition. Lights kept going out and teevee kept pausing or shutting off other than that the staff and front desk are amazing especially the miss front desk clerk. She's more than wonderful. Very down to earth and welcoming

The woman was super nice and helpful but I just have to say the rooms where awful I was terrified of there being bedbugs it was so nasty, there was no toilet paper and no shower curtain and dead bugs huge cockroaches left inside the room. The first original room I was given there was an A/C taken apart in the middle of the room and trash everywhere.

There are roaches at this hotel. We literally spent about 1 hour total in the room because of how disgusting it was. Asked for a refund and never heard from anyone.

Arrived and the office was closed, no staff available to check me in. Called all the numbers they had posted on the door and no one replied. I had to go to another hotel and pay additional for a new stay. Never got my money back from this poor service.

Last minute trip and this was the only option left on Expedia. Absolutely disgusting and charged $425 $10 property fee. Ceiling had a hole and water damage, dirty floors, tiny TV, WiFi didn’t work & TV, massive AC unit in the back in the middle of the wall and super loud, bed sheets stained, bathroom/shower were disgusting. Pool was closed, complete mess around the premises. Very loud street. We checked in at 9 pm, I couldn’t wait until morning to leave. Someone threw a nasty drink from upper floor all over my car, dog was barking and running around the floor even though it was no pets allowed. Just an all round bad experience.

DON’T STAY HERE

The pictures are extremely deceiving and are intended to trick you into losing your money with their no refund policy. I suffer from a respitory condition and despite the rooms being listed as non smoking it was clear that they all had been smoked in. It was unsafe for my health to stay at this property not to mention that the doors aren’t fully seated on the frames so bugs and pests can easily get in. This place was so bad I took one look at the room and turned around I couldn’t for my own health and safety even stay the night. Upon realizing it was a scam I contacted hotels.com for help but no one was able to get me refunded. Still waiting to see if I ever get my deposit back but I have a feeling I will have to dispute that with my credit card company.

Totally disgusting property and people. Upon arriving (we never received a remote. I guess they are supposed to give them to you at check-in.) Anyways, upon entering the room, we found a dead roach on the floor and within 20 minutes of being there, we found another roach in the bathroom alive. The door also did not lock at all. I stayed with my nine-year-old child and I had to post a dresser in front of the door too so comfortable as they have people who live there in the hotel that sit outside drinking all day and being rambunctious. It was advertised to have a stove and a clean working pool when we arrived. The pool was green, completely murky and closed down. And there was no stove in the room we were traveling, so we specifically bought food to be able to cook in the room and it was not there, and it was advertised to be there and we had to throw all the food we had just spent our money on. (To the food left in the fridge to left in the tub to the pool to the broken door that did not lock pretty much as well as recorded conversation with the worker at the end). There were previously open during left in the fridge from previous people before us as well. When I tried to go down to complain to the office, they were already closed for the night. A pound check out time there was nobody in the office to check out with. I called every number that they had on the door and the lady was very rude to me. That's why I recorded our conversation In person when she arrived in person. T

Hasty decisions lead to bad outcomes. So much to unpack about this property. I needed to find a one-night room due to a flight cancellation. I should have bailed when I saw the pool, closed by order of the Department of Health and Environmental Control. Room was dingy, dirty, old bedspreads, floor was literally wet. Couldn't get the TV to work, was told that "maintenance" would be up around 5 pm. At 11:03 pm there was banging at my door, a guy with a Styrofoam cup in one hand, and a cigarette in the other is there to "fix my internet". Uh, no, I'm trying to go to bed, and frankly the guy is lowdown creepy looking. The lamps, which were all unplugged, had shades that didn't fit, so the bare bulbs were exposed. The TV was also unplugged. Why should this matter? Well, in plugging the electronics in, I saw that the boxes were mostly pulled out of the wall, exposing the wires underneath. There was a No Dogs Allowed policy, but judging from the non-stop barking from the rooms above, I guess it wasn't enforced for their "long term guests". Bar for the shower was completely rusted, water trap in the sink was a cheap flexible trap that let sewer fumes add to that certain aroma the room, and when I got home, my clothes reeked of. You know how sometimes you're in a motel and you really don't want to take your socks off? Well, I couldn't bring myself to take my sneakers off. I literally pulled the spread off the bed and slept on the top sheet fully clothed, with my shoes on. Just Don't.
