The resort is well maintained. Rooms and grounds are very clean. Staff is beyond exceptional. The coffee is phenominal. The hot tub is toasty, the pool is nice, the lazy river was nice change from pool, didnt get a chance to golf but looked very nice. Have to say best experience staying away from home. And now everyone will go there and i wont be able to get a room next time i plan to visit. 😃 thank you for making our stay so comfortable.

Riverstone Resort was an unexpected gem! Conveniently located in the heart of Pigeon Forge, but secluded within a golf course. The hotel room was actually an apartment with all of the amenities, such as laundry and refrigerator, that are so convenient on road trips. The fitness center is more than adequate, the gift shop for anything you forgot or want to bring home from your visit, the lazy river and the pool are all great. The staff were super friendly and helpful with instructions and discounts around town.

Gateway to the Smokies with all the amenities you could ask for. The property was excellently maintained as well as all the amenities. Lazy river and indoor pool as well as the gym were our main attractions. Next time I’ll give the massage a try. Note maybe a onsite restaurant or bar would be nice.

We were extremely happy with our stay at RiverStone. The room was very clean and had everything we needed for the weeks stay. The landscaping around the grounds was beautifully maintained. My family loved the lazy river. The staff as very friendly and helpful. My kids looked forward to the fresh and warm cookies every day at 2.30 in the lobby :) All in all if we return to Gatlinburg we will definitely be staying here again.

I would definitely stay there again. It was so nice having a condo with kitchen, living and dining area. I hate being squished into one hotel room or having to be spread out over multiple rooms. My grandson liked having the options of the arcade, lazy river or in the indoor pool. It was nice and quiet around the resort with the golf course behind it but yet it only took minutes to get to anywhere we needed to go. If you have a big group, I will definitely stay there again.

The resort was beautiful. The staff was amazing. I was getting married on Sat in the mountains, but its was pouring down. I reached out to the steserbation staff who put me in touch with the manager and she was able to help.me find a alternative on the resort property that was covered. The rain stopped and we were able to marry outside by the river. The staff is amazing from recommending restaurants to helping me save my wedding.
