The room was great, the pool and lazy river were amazing. The staff while we were at the property were absolutely amazing. My only issue was that we ran into an emergency on the road (car breakdown) and although we contacted them through hotels.com to let them know before check in, about 3 hours after check in they called saying they never got the message and that they couldn't change or extend the reservation. It was disappointing to feel like there was no grace or wiggle room with the policy for unexpected delay. When we actually got to the property it was absolutely amazing, beautiful lazy river, big rooms, easy access to Dollywood and The Island.

The room was very clean and cozy. There were a lot of lady bugs I don’t know if that’s a time of year thing but the place was still clean. All the appliances are really new too. I’m so mad we didn’t get to enjoy the pool but it’s heated and 24 hrs!!! That’s amazing. Would definitely stay again, had a great time.
