The location is perfect, so close to Chester town centre and next to a lovely Charcuterie place! The room was massive with a full kitchen and reasonable bathroom. The staff were helpful, especially Andrea who gave us a map and suggested we walk the walls around the city centre. There is a complimentary coffee machine with syrups and croissants in the morning which was a lovely touch (jam is 50p).

Our room was upgraded and were so pleased with it although the bed was much firmer than were used to. The coffee and croissants from reception were most welcome. Reception staff were really helpful and pleasant. We'd definately stay with Roomzzz again
