From the initial welcome to the goodbye, the experience was excellent. Small room but clean and well appointed. Took a while to locate the ironing board which was in a hidden cupboard, look for the word push on the mirror and you will find it lol. Location was good for us, close to a flash shopping complex. If you need a supermarket then go to the basement of this complex. It was also close to the Plu Thai restaurant which I would also recommend.

10/10 Exceptional

Loved everything about our stay at the Quincy Hotel! The staff were all so friendly and helpful, the location is great (on a quiet street just off Orchard Road), and our room was super comfortable with a high ceiling and full wall-to-wall window. It was a relaxing and place to come back to after a full day out exploring Singapore, and I'd definitely choose the Quincy again on future trips!

I can’t fault this hotel, wonderful stay, clean well proportioned rooms, helpful staff and a great selection at breakfast would all make me want to return. Nice grounds and a pool and gym on the top floor - it’s a short walk to the MRT but then you can get everywhere and it air conditioned.
