Hotel Birks Montreal

8/10 Good
"The hotel and room were beautiful. The front desk staff were efficient on check in, but not the friendliest. The valets were lovely. The breakfast at Henri’s was nice, decor was very attractive. The Espresso Martini at Henri’s left a lot to be desired, don’t waste your time ordering this. It made us wary to return and try something else and we didn’t. The beds and bedding were exceptionally comfortable. A strong 4/5, definitely 5/5 with the right people."

Hotel Le Cantlie Suites

Hotel Le Cantlie Suites

10/10 Excellent
"We had a great stay. The hotel was in a very central neighbourhood with lots of restaurants and shopping and close to the metro and other transit options. The room was large, clean and comfortable. We loved the rooftop pool. Everyone who worked at the hotel was very friendly. One thing to note is that is does have a late checkin of 4pm which is not flexible, so plan your stay accordingly. We had an early flight in so explored the neighbourhood and then the front desk staff were kind enough to give us a pool to the roof so we were able to lounge by the pool while waiting for our room to be ready, so that worked out anyway."

  3. Be flexible with dates: Prices may vary depending on factors such as the hotel's location, star rating, and time of year, so being flexible with your dates could help you save on your stay in a Montreal hotel. For those seeking distinctive experiences, boutique hotels may offer a more personalised touch and occasionally better value. When you book with Hotels.com, we will inform you if the price for your selected dates is above or below the average. Should the cost be on the higher side, we might suggest more affordable dates to help you potentially find a better deal.
  4. Consider your location: Hotels situated near the city centre usually tend to be more expensive, but with Montreal's superb public transport system, you may discover a more affordable independent hotel a bit further out that is still well connected. For those wishing to explore alternative, less populated neighbourhoods or even lesser-known nearby towns, there is often excellent value for money to be found. Opting for these alternative destinations could provide a more authentic and budget-friendly experience.
