Vibey but very loud
This hotel is insanely loud. It’s an old building, with renovated rooms. If you’re into late nights and party crowds, you’ll like it. We ended up having to move rooms at 1am because it seriously sounded like a night club inside our room. There are no sound barriers and we could hear the room next to ours entire phone conversation. It’s cool and vibey but…loud.

Perfect for a couples get away or girls trip! Would not say it’s family friendly. Great location if you are here to drink, dine, and enjoy Houston’s Night life. It is a little loud, but didn’t bother us at all. It’s expected, as you are staying Downtown. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean. Overall we had a great stay, will be back!

Loud and bad bathroom
The bathroom was huge but the toilet was right next to the sliding barn door that had a huge gap so no privacy whatsoever. Our room faced the street where we could constantly hear the tram car honking at pedestrians, a protester on a loud speaker and the clubblaring music below. Also there were only 2 usable outlets, none in the bathroom.

Houston big boy
Its a converted bank. Did like the art deco of the exterior. Room felt a bit small. No mini fridge and no ice bucket and ice machine. It was local to everything in down town. Parking could be better explained, but it came out alright. May return if I'm coming to downtown.
