Centrally located near queen Victoria market tram stop in the free tram zone. Staff were strong communicators and friendly . Kept our luggage securely as we were early for check-in and had an afternoon flight so stored them after checkout too - this was appreciated ! Hotel room was larger than comparables, with kitchenette, sink, with cutlery and crockery, teas well stocked.ir9j and ironing board in good sized wardrobe with wooden hangers. Large window Outlook was pleasant to the street with little outside noise getting through. You are in the city after all! Plenty of room between the window and bed to lay out and open large luggage. Shower walls could have been a bit cleaner towards the bottom, towel holder had some play and exhaust fan cover loose but otherwise room was modern stylish in good condition. Some common areas were works in progress on the nineth floor. Would definitely stay again.

My stay was outstanding. The room was spacious and plenty of room for me, parking was discounted through the hotel, customer service was great and shops, restaurants, public transport, bars and clubs was at walking distance. Very convenient
