Experienced comfortable and enjoyable hotel stay after many years. Holiday Inn Express on Little Collins Street, Melbourne is so wonderful hotel with excellent staff, I would be recommending this to all my colleagues travelling to Melbourne. The hotel is so conveniently located near to Station, CBD and Airport connection bus stop. Overall, an amazing experience and can’t wait to go again soon.

top notch for budget price... choose this one
great value. For the rate this is right up at the top. our room 220 and king size bed, adequately sized room, great bathroom, good location, breakfast included, air cond works (fully auto thermostats of auto hot/cold systems very rarely work... this one does). Good location near skybus, free trams (tip... cut thru Godfrey laneway 150m to left of front door as exit, thru to Bourke St tram stop of spencer st stn). Absolutely 100% rating for price.

Location is good. Housekeeping not up to expectations. Toilet bowl and wash basin have not been scrubbed for quite sometime as there are yellow strains in it. Bed linen wasn’t properly tucked. Sloppy job.
