We have stayed here multiple times. This time we brought our dogs and were next to the outside door on the first floor. That was convenient, however, there were bugs in the bathroom, the hot water was barely warm, and the housekeeping didn’t take the trash or replenish the coffee cups. The breakfast was good and the staff was very nice.

Could have been better
When I got to my room there was no water at the faucets. I called the front desk but no answer. Repacked my things and went back to front desk. Was told the water was turned off for another 10 minutes. I thought that would have been mentioned when I checked in a few minutes earlier. Room was OK other than that. Breakfast was good but for both days of my stay they “were out of creamer” for coffee. However there was 2% milk available as a poor substitute.

Worst stay ever. First night found a huge roach. First night, toilet ran all night long and only got a couple hours sleep. Couldn't get night stand light to work. Had to shut bathroom door for the noise and had to turn on light on desk to be able to see to go to the bathroom, and shined on my face all night long. Bed was especially hard. Just not a good stay at all. However, the staff was very friendly.

We were in Waco for Baylor graduation and spent one night. Checkin was a breeze. Room was in perfect condition, heat was good as the weather was quite chilly. Bathroom was in very good shape. Walkin shower was good with hot water galore, however the floor of the shower wasn't properly installed and the fiberglass floor would creak with every step you would take. Bed was great, but honestly. Those small square pillows were the worst ever. No fluff to them and laying on them was reminiscent of using a brick for a pillow. No way could we get comfortable with those things.
