A lovely gesture was the complimentary mango. The bathtub was spacious and the hotel provided bath slats and bubble bath. The pool and gym facilities were also excellent. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade. The hotel’s prime location near many cafes added to the overall experience. The staff and service were outstanding and incredibly helpful. Stayed at Trident Mumbai BKC and had a fantastic experience. The staff truly went above and beyond..helping with shuttle arrangements, pickups and drop-offs, and just about everything in between without missing a beat. In-room dining was excellent, laundry service was quick and reliable, and having a hairdresser onsite was a nice bonus. The location is ideal for business travel…just a stone’s throw from Jio World. Highly recommend for anyone traveling to BKC Mumbai for work.
