Their hospitality made me feel genuinely welcome throughout my stay. The food was outstanding, with a great variety of delicious options that were fresh and beautifully prepared. Every meal was something to look forward to. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and inviting. Every detail reflected the hotel’s commitment to excellent service and guest satisfaction. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. The property was spotless and well-maintained. The room was equipped with all the essentials, including a kettle, TV, bath essentials, coffee/tea maker and more. A lovely gesture was the complimentary mango. The bathtub was spacious and the hotel provided bath slats and bubble bath. The pool and gym facilities were also excellent. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade. The hotel’s prime location near many cafes added to the overall experience. The staff and service were outstanding and incredibly helpful. Overall, it was a fantastic stay.

Stayed at Trident Mumbai BKC and had a fantastic experience. The staff truly went above and beyond..helping with shuttle arrangements, pickups and drop-offs, and just about everything in between without missing a beat. In-room dining was excellent, laundry service was quick and reliable, and having a hairdresser onsite was a nice bonus. The location is ideal for business travel…just a stone’s throw from Jio World. Highly recommend for anyone traveling to BKC Mumbai for work.
