The hotel was very clean and well maintained and the rooms are nice. Beds are a little hard. The RIU Parties were a blast for both young and old. Enjoyed our time around the pools and met lots of nice people from all over. Try the water slides, not just for kids. This was my second stay and will probably go again.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The rooms were great, and the property was exceptionally clean and in excellent condition. We also appreciated that it’s possible to stay removed from the party areas and enjoy a more relaxed vacation. One small note, the room doors could be a bit quieter. Additionally, there’s some room for improvement in the themed restaurants, particularly in terms of food quality and service.

Amazing resort with lots of choices of pools, bars, restaurants, locations to hang out or be active. Staff are incredibly responsive and kinds. Only problem was limited selection of wines or champagne or Prosecco. Great if you like lots of mixed drinks but not so much if wine is your preferred drink.

Had an excellent time! It was my 2nd time there. Went with my husband and a bunch of friends. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Property is beautiful, staff are so great and work so hard. Loved loved loved the themed pool parties and the beautiful infinity pools. Food was fine, always something good to eat. Decent selection of alcohol! Overall great time and would go back!

The food isn't great. Staff are wonderful. Ammentities are dated and the condition of the pool was sub par , chipping granite and dislodged pool tiles. Cracks throughout the pool walls and the adult swim pools were disgusting lol

Property was VERY large and fun. The clubs and foam parties were amazing. The walk up to the beach and ocean was amazing. The only issues with most resorts is that the food and drinks (alcohol and non alcoholic) is very sub par . I got so tired of eating the same tasting food. I was so over it. But other than that I would def recommend staying here again

We had a leaky shower and the water was spilling onto the tile floor. We submitted a ticket and it was kind of fixed but not fully. Slip hazard for a pregnant woman. Rooms were very clean. Food is eh, but what can you expect from such a huge resort. Would come back though!

First things first, this hotel is NOT adults only. Various pool around the hotel, the best COLD ones were by the volleyball area. The infinity ones overlooking the beach had very hot water. Entertainment staff were the best, very friendly and engaging. Food wise.. Horrible buffet style. I was under the impression there were dinner restaurants and there was a waitlist just to find out it was buffet style. Some waiters were not the greatest as we would have to ask several times to be refilled with water.

Overall, we had a good stay at Riu Santa Fe. The staff was friendly, and the water park was super fun, definitely a highlight for us. The shows were good, MJ, Rock Still Alive and the Mexican one, were very good. My main concern was the atmosphere created by the pool parties. While I support people having fun, it sometimes felt uncomfortable having that same party crowd mixed into family areas, especially during dinner. On a few occasions, the dress code didn’t seem to be enforced, which affected the dining experience. That said, we loved Cabo San Lucas and would most likely return. With a bit more attention to maintaining a consistent dress code and separating party and family environments, the experience could be even better.
