It was a nice hotel with very helpful professional staff. The hotel building felt like it was a bit dated. Easy 10 mins (or less) walk from Ueno station, so it was really convenient. There was no slopes for wheelchair and you have to carry suit cases on the stairs to get to the reception/front desk. If you are travelling with big bags and heavy suitcases, you might not like that. Breakfast buffet was okay, definitely not the best ones around.

Good, quiet location. With walkable access to both Ueno station and Asakusa as well as other public transport to other areas of Tokyo. It was a clean decent sized quiet room which made a great base at the end of along day of sight seeing. Staff were very nice and helpful, including helping to arrange luggage forwarding and storage. Breakfast was great with a good variety and there are several convenience stores nearby if you need snacks. Would 100% stay here again.
