This was a very disappointing experience and fell far below our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff at the entrance were unwelcoming and lacked any sense of hospitality.
Our only expectation for this 3-day getaway was a clean room and a comfortable stay, but unfortunately, the hotel failed in the most basic areas. Despite leaving the 'Please Clean' sign on our door the first day, we returned to find the room practically untouched. Only the trash was taken out—the floors were not cleaned, and even the empty hand soap was never refilled. The housekeeping service was a complete failure.
To make matters worse, the room was freezing. We explicitly informed the staff that it was too cold to sleep, yet no action was taken and no solution was offered. If you are looking for hygiene, warmth, and professional service, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
