The two gentlemen that were working during the time we stayed were very helpful and kind. The room was clean, and housekeeping would come every day as long as the do not disturb sign was left off. Very convenient location to downtown and bus stop is right at the corner.

I have stayed here several times and the staff consistently overcharges for “upgrade fees” though I have never asked for my room to be upgraded. They add an extra $13-$18 fee without telling you. Check your credit card statement closely or stay elsewhere.

En la parte EXTERNA, está horrible, extremadamente horrible, la habitación de "No fumadores", apestaba, pero super apestaba a cigarro, las cobijas, la cabecera de la cama estaban quemadas con cigarro, nos pusieron aromatizante, pero a las horas, ya en la noche, el aroma insoportable volvió, difícil de dormir, el microondas no servía ni como reloj (no prende), la tele no se conectaba a internet (no había señar o fallaba mucho el WiFi incluso en los teléfonos) y tampoco tenía ni cable ni siquiera antena, muy maltratada/olvidada la habitación, el costo vs lo recibido, fue básicamente un robo, no había cafetera, solo 1 jaboncito "extra chiquito", por suerte la chica de limpieza si fue muy amable y nos apoyó, en ese aspecto bien, pero la habitación, infraestructura y todo lo relacionado a lo físico, muy mal la verdad

The photos from the booking are misleading and do not reflect the reality of the room, which is in very poor condition and poorly maintained: it smelled of cigarettes, the bedspread was torn, the mattress was exposed and moldy, the shower curtain was dirty and tied up with a shoelace, and there were holes in the floor and walls. Hotels.com should do a better job of ensuring the photos are accurate. As fotos da reserva são enganadoras e não retratam a realidade do quarto, que é bastante precário e mau cuidado: cheiro de cigarro, colcha rasgada, colchão exposto e mofado, cortina do banheiro suja e amarrada com cadarço, modos e buracos no chão e parede. A Hoteis.com deveria cuidar mais para que as fotos fossem reais.
