Pro- nice swimming pool and hot tub area. - Ample parking Cons - Hot tub jets were broken/non functional - Room was not cleaned second day of our stay. - AC fan was very noisy and did not allow us to sleep properly - No face soap at wash basin, only hand wash liquid in dispenser - No chair with desk - No foot stool with easy chair

A warm pool with a lot of restaurant around. A good place to stay cleqn but a little bit old and lack of paint on some doors. But besides that it was a perfect stay. Bathrooms renovated and keep in good condition. They clean really good the room too.

One time hotel, never again
The welcoming area was very nice. Staff was accommodating and polite Unfortunately, the rooms need a massive grade, The pool area was nice unfortunately there were never any towels for use. The game room had a pool table to pinball machines, Pac-Man game and two driving games which were fine, The vents in the rooms were quite dirty, and the beds were very uncomfortable. It felt like I was sleeping on two boxsprings, the pillows were extremely large and unless your head weighed 25 pounds you woke up with a neck problem. Also, the sheets on the bed did not fit and most of the time I was sleeping on a mattress boxspring with no sheet.

We came 2x this summer to ottawa and stayed here and will return. Market is few mins walk. Parlament hill 5mins walk.if i stay at this hotel I can get around without using my car. Hotel staff friendly, helpfull, rooms are clean feels like a little apartment. Breakfast is great.

Staff is great. However, physical condition of facility is marginal. Paper coming off wall; broken automatic door switch; broken bathroom tiles; bar is never open. With improvement of problems with the physical aspects of the family, this would be a great place. Price is more than reasonable, it's easily accessible, plenty of parking. Beds are very comfortable. Pool area is great. All staff is bilingual. If management fixes up the physical facility, it would be a great hotel.
