Nice room but lacking as a hotel
The hotel is barely a hotel but a floor in a building. It was difficult to find, there is no one on staff at the hotel at night and guests leave the door open so anyone could walk in. They give you a phone number to call if you have an emergency. The cleaning staff began vacuuming at 8:30 in the morning which was beyond annoying. Overall a clean room in a good location, but not a real hotel. We most likely would not stay here again.

Good 4 day stay. Clean, basic room, good mattresses, friendly staff, good internet, ok cable, heating/cooling couldn't be regulated, open the windows, no amenities, short 5 min. walk to Jaffa Gate and City Center.

Great location but……
This should be a really good hotel. The location is amazing, 10 minutes walk to the Old City and the bar and restaurant area. The rooms are great, in size and comfort and the bathroom large and well equipped. It has a great roof terrace. But….We had so many things go wrong. The TV never really worked in the 3 nights we were there. More importantly the lift broke, unfortunately on Shabbat, which meant no one could fix it for two days. Our room was on the 5th floor which is fine if you are fit. The noise at rush hour from the road is very loud as the junction nearby is a mess (like most of Jerusalem traffic) but it was ok later at night. There is no free parking nearby although there are some underground car parks nearby which you can pay for. Overall the location, quality of room and price made up for the problems but it could easily make things better.
