We had a great view of the water and the rooftop pool at sunset is amazing. The staff are super attentive and kind. One of the best hotel experiences I have had. We loved our stay at Pacific Club Resort! Everything was clean, the room was very nice, and the food was great! Staff was sooo nice! The location is also perfect: Karon has a lot of very nice restaurants and a nice beach; prefer it to Patong, which becomes overly touristy and busy. Overall really like this hotel, would definitely stay here again!

This property is competely good value. The staff are wonderful, the amenities are wonderful, the food is wonderful, and I love the sauna, the jaccuzi and the skypool. Swimming on top of the world and eating authentic Thai dinner in the pool at one of the three in pool tables while sipping on pina coladas watching the sun go down - it doesnt get better.
