They weren’t very helpful with transfers from the airport, the process was very confusing. It was disappointing because that was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. It was clean and comfortable.

The only 5 star thing this property deserves is its environment and nice looking pools. Cleanness : Ants in the room, flies in the kitchen, shower head that looks like not cleaned for months, sewage smell from time to time in the room. Service: Heavily understaffed, 30 mins to get toothpaste delivered (more about toothpaste later). I waited 10 mins to check out because they were sending someone to check the room condition, even if my taxi driver was also waiting for me to leave. Unbelievable !! The hotel cut quite some provisions a normal hotel would provide for "protecting nature", like toothpaste etc... But it feels hypocritical because the customers are paying the price for their ideology. It's the most unprofessional 5 star hotel I've ever visited.
