Our stay was terrible mostly due to check in.
We got to the hotel roughly around 11 PM and the receptionist informed us that their systems were down and they could not check us into a room. FYI, I am pregnant and I was exhausted from travel. She informed us that the manager is not on site and not answering her phone calls. The whole thing felt so unprofessional. She eventually put us in a room, which I believe was the only room on the first floor right next to the laundry room, ice machine, and elevators on the busiest side of the street. It was so loud and we could hear people talking in the lobby. Unacceptable we walked back up and said we needed a better room. We waited and waited until she offered us another room worse than the one we booked, which I declined. Eventually, around midnight, Her computer seem to start working and she put us into a room on the third floor, which at least was quieter. Check-in should not take an hour, and it was ridiculous to seemingly have one person on staff with no on-site manager. I will not be returning.
