We were staying in Paris 9 nights and ended up needing 1 more night at the beginning of our stay, the place we were staying couldn’t add it for us so we ended up looking for somewhere else and ended up here. I couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised. Made me wish we could have stayed here the whole time. Really spacious and our place had a great view of Sacre Coeur. We loved the place and Marco was very helpful and welcoming.

This is a great choice as a budget hotel in the heart of Paris, two metro stops from the Gare du Nord. It is really close to the Sacre Coeur, although our room did not have a view. We stayed in the August heatwave and the room did get extremely hot, but the room had a fan and an air conditioner unit which was quite noisy. Reception closes at 7pm and after that you gain access by a series of door codes. There is is no hotel catering, but restaurants close by serve breakfast. The room had a coffee machine, a microwave and a small ceramic hob as well as a fridge. There is no kettle so making tea is more of a challenge. In the downstairs lobby, which is open during reception hours, you can make a hot drink ( tea and coffee provided but I didn’t see any milk) and bottles of water in the fridge. Altogether I found it a great place to stay, on a trip with my 12 year old grandson. I would go back.

It was a good price and the reviews were pretty good but our experience could have been better. The hotel sent us a message the day before with the door codes as we would be arriving after reception closed. However the room door code was incorrect. We had also been told the wrong floor for the room. After 45 mins of trying to call the hotel emergency number I was able to contact Hotels.com who got the manager to call us. He barely listened to me and was quite rude. He did give us the correct code but wouldn’t apologise for their mistake and kept saying it was our fault - as though we had no idea how to put in a door code. I met him in the morning and finally he did listen and check their incorrect message… and basically apologised. We slept fine, the room is simple but comfortable. It’s good value for money but the rudeness of the manager was unnecessary and unfortunate.

Sergio who checked us in was most friendly and courteous and even upgraded us from a studio to a 1 bedroom apartment with a view of the Sacre Coeur.. It was spacious, clean and very comfortable and in a very convenient location with much available in the immediate vicinity.. It is important to say the property does have a lift to all floors - we were on the fourth floor so were glad to have that.

Shower drain was clogged and made the first shower very uncomfortable but they came and fixed it so it was smooth after that but for future reference they should make sure it’s working properly for the next guess to avoid another situation like that.

Very friendly but a bit chaotic. The lobby was filled with boxes the first day and air conditioning units with hoses draped through the room on the second. Two bumper-car like massage chairs cluttered the space and we left our luggage pretty much in the middle of the lobby for a bag check. The location is great, the room was clean but minimal - no blanket. When asked, they said it was a hostel. I sensed it might be new owners trying very hard but not smooth yet. Good location, decent price, but don't expect a full hotel experience.

Si c’est la canicule je vous déconseille car pas de Clim, la nuit a été l’enfer pas d’air dans la chambre même les fenêtres ouvertes très étouffant, nous avons pu avoir accès à un ventilateur mais ça n’a pas vraiment changé les choses. Au niveau de la propreté les toilettes n’ont pas été fait car il y avait des traces de caca, du coup je me demande quel genre de ménage est fait là-bas ! Sinon le reste de l’appartement était correct, les rénovations sont fraîches donc ça sauve le reste malgré la douche bouchée qu’il a fallu déboucher à chaque douche. L’emplacement est bon pour visiter Montmartre à pied c’est idéal. Sinon le personnel est sympa.

Wir hatten einen Blick auf Sacre Coeur, wundervoll! Tolle Restaurants direkt in der Nähe. Genauso einfach ist es, auf Montmatre aufzusteigen (5-10 min). Die Ubahn Station ist in direkter Nähe. Die Station ist sehr voll und multikulturell, wir hatten aber keine Probleme. Das Hotel ist sehr modern und verfügt über alles was man braucht. Wir hatten eine unglaublich schöne Zeit im sechsten Stock :)
