Horrible staff, lineups for checking. Old hotel. Isn't what the pictures show at all. The water coming from the room smells bad, outdated bathroom, shower, the towels disgustingly old, looked liked rags. Disgusting breakfast. I asked for no lactose milk, and they didn't have. The worst coffee i ever tasted, and of course threw away. I had to have breakfast somewhere else.

Quarto espaçoso e limpo, roupa de cama e banho boas. Bom ar condicionado. Equipe muito atenciosa e simpática. Café da manhã muito farto e variado. Restaurante amplo e bom atendimento. Cardápio variado, com preços bons. 10 min de uber do TEC e o mesmo do Shopping Morumbi. Fui à trabalho e gostei bastante.
