Room was very clean, beautiful hotel, key card elevator, security at the front door at all times which was nice. Staff at checkout was a bit rude though. Got to the front desk early to catch my flight and security guard was friendly and helpful. The woman that came a few minutes later for checkout wasn’t as nice, didn’t smile, and dismissed me without looking up. In all honesty, could be that she felt some sort of way because our group was a bit loud and tipsy the night before after returning from a concert and drinking at the bar. Don’t think she should’ve given the cold shoulder though since we moved upstairs to our rooms. Bar area was nice and the bartender was great. She made great drinks and was very friendly. Loved the little self-checkout store that had the best snacks. Within walking distance (literally across the street and up a block) to the San Jose Civic. Beautiful area and safe to walk around. Would stay again.

The only one that was helpful was the bell man. No one would text us when our room was ready, the bar didn’t open until 3pm and it closed at 10pm. We were there for the game. You guys lost out on revenue. The food did come out quickly so great job to the Chief and team in th kitchen
