1. Charged $100 deposit to check-in. I assume this is to cover thefts from rooms. While I understand the reason, I find it to be unacceptable to treat long time customers this way.
2. Pillows are too small and insufficient in quantity for two guests to use in a King-size bed.
3. Coffee pot is about as chintzy as you can get and is not adequately stocked. Two packets of regular coffee, one packet of Decaf coffee, one packet consisting of one stir stick, one small napkin, one packet artificial sweetener, one packet of sugar and one packet of creamer. All of which are inadequate. This was never restocked during our stay.
4. Breakfast (11/28 through 11/30) appeared to be a boiled egg, cereal, oatmeal, toast, English muffin, butter, jelly packets, and coffee. Why bother if you don't make an effort.
5. There is a severe draft in the room. Investigation revealed that there is no weatherstripping on the room door. Consequently, I had to set and run the room heater at 73 degrees to keep the wife warm. This led to the heater cycling on-and-off about every 5 to 10 minutes all evening on the 28th/mornings of the 29th and 30rh.
6. I went to the office seeking coffee supplies that were not restocked. The Night person advised that there was nothing available until 6:00 a.m. when the breakfast serving. I was surprised that there was not even a pot of coffee at the ready.
7. The bedside lights are too low. I bumped my head on them.
8. The rooms looked to be recently refreshed! Kudos!
