Excellent location for sightseeing in Florence. Hardly a stones throw from the end of the Ponte Vecchio. Very clean and comfortable with helpful and friendly staff. Nice rooftop bar with views of the duomo and bell tower. They also gave us some free gifts as it was our 30th wedding anniversary.

The staff and accomodations were so fantastic! They addressed me by name during my stay and were so helpful when asked any questions, whether about the hotel, or ideas about Florence. We had an excellent stay: we will certainly return, and would recommend the hotel to anyone. It has a wonderful location, with beautiful views of the Arno and the Duomo. The breakfast was very good indeed, with lovely cereals, scrambled eggs, fruit and so on. The staff were charming and helpful. My one criticism would be that the shower was very tricky - the water was either icy or scaldingly hot. All in all, a special and delightful hotel!

Loved all of it, location is beautiful, and the view from my window was awe-inspiring. Very kind service, nice rooms and amazing hall where the breakfast is served My only complaints: The rooftop bar was nice but you don't see a lot of the river and it is very small. You see the duomo though. The breakfast isn't anything amazing (which some reviews made it seem like). It's nice, and good perhaps for being Italian. But I had expected a lot more. There is wine as well as a hotel t-shirt put out in the room, like as if it was free. As far as I understood, it certainly wasn't and that feels a bit weird to try and trick people into buying something...

Excellent hotel, in the centre of Florence, looks out over the river, & next to Ponte Vechio. Staff are superb, we were upgraded to a suite, which was excellent. Breakfast amazing, plenty of choices, we will definitely return to this wonderful hotel
