"I don't usually give poor reviews but felt I had to this time. To start, I called, as instructed, the hotel to arrange for the free airport shuttle I was told to look for a white minivan and it was on its way. 25 minutes later, when the shuttle had still not arrived, I called again. I was told the shuttle had filled up before getting to our pickup location and had to return to drop off the guests before returning to get us. I understand that, no.choice but to return to the hotel first, but that brings up the question as to why use a minivan, with seating for 6, as a shuttle? When it did arrive, I found the shuttle to be dirty and had no seat belts. The driver drove crazy fast; cutting in front of ither cars( I live in Panama and know about crazy drivers) and a seat belt would have been welcome. We did make it to the hotel ok and found that the hourly shuttle runs for the next morning's return, were full, again being limited to a 6 passenger per run and we would have to take a shuttle that arrived with less than the normal 2 hour before flight schedule. When we got to our room we discovered it smelled very bad, we think it was the room used for folks with dogs. We were so tired we figured we would get used to it and stayed. I then found that some of the refillable shower products were empty. Very disappointed in the hotel especially after reading the good reviews so not sure what has changed but we won't stay there again."
