Great hotel, friendly staff. It’s fantastic location if you want to shop on Champ-Elysee or stay near Arc de Triomphe, however, it was a bit far from other main attractions. I hoped the hotel had better food options or more amenities but other than that, it was a very pleasant stay.

Love this hotel! Good location, close to shops and restaurants! The bathtubs are dangerous!!! An elderly person would have a hard time getting in and out of the tub. I had a hard time getting in and out of it. Should switch to all walk in showers.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, for the price that I paid for the room everything in the mini bar should be free, but they did give me a free bottle of water. I wish there were a few more channels on the television in English. This hotel is close to many shops and restaurants and the metro station

Trendy but still comfortable

Beautiful hotel with a view of the arc de triomphé. Service was impeccable. The front desk attendant working nights went above and beyond. We spent nearly a month traveling through France, Italy, Germany & Malta and this hotel was definitely the most comfortable. The beds were so comfortable we didn’t want to get up in the mornings.

One of the best hotels in the center of Paris

I was really impressed by the service of this hotel , being in Paris usually not all hotels are very welcoming or spacious compared to what I have experienced in previous stays in Paris I can say this one the best one . Staff are helpful always ready to help , smiling and positive, the room is very nice by small extra amenities , we all know the difference is always in the small details and this hotel did it well , excellent location too walkable to all touristic destinations the vibe is there

We booked this day of after getting to thr city and realizing the hotel we booked was a bait and switch...The staff from arrival went out of their way to be helpful, the room was immaculate and just as described, and you cant best the view from the balcony of the Arc. There is also a nice local restaurant right around the corner Street Foods Original that is open late and not only have amazing food but the staff are great and you must try the cookies.

Very nice hotel. Very accommodating staff. Excellent location for being in the center of Paris. If you book a Superior Room. The bathroom is exceptionally small. Toilet is way to cramped for space for average and even smaller people. No view at all for that room. If we were to go back we would book a more upgraded room. The restaurant downstairs is real nice and cozy. There are other close by restaurants that are good too. Once again we would like to go back there but, in a bigger room with a view. The staff is excellent and informative. Hope to get a chance to get back there again.
