Great value hotel for a spot close to the airport. Amenities were great, because you can get basically a whole apartment to yourself. There’s also a gym, a hot tub, and a pool. The bed was comfy and the space was well thought out. It’s a bit old though, the elevator needs an update. Overall great value.

While the hotel is a bit dated and the hallways narrow to get to the tower elevator, staff are extremely nice and helpful and the 2 bedroom suite clean and served our needs. We needed a place to stay the day before our flight out, and the airport shuttle was perfect.

The staff were friendly and very helpful but the building is extremely aged and no updates in at least 20 years. The white bathroom towels were turning brown on the ends from frequent use and washing. The wall paper was dated in the room with water stains on the ceiling and the paint peeling on the trim. I would not stay here even with the proximity to the airport there are other options.

Room is DEFINITELY run down. The bathroom tiles were cracked, stopper didn’t fit the drain, silverfish at night!! The bed was comfy and clean. View was horrible!! Windows are so thin we could hear people (not sure if the pool was near our room).

The staff were very helpful and kind, and the lobby was amazing. The bed was comfortable, and the view and balcony were definitely a plus. The hotel is also within walking distance of great restaurants (about 5–10 minutes) and public transit (approximately 3 minutes to the bus and 15 minutes to the SkyTrain). However, the room we stayed in could definitely use more thorough cleaning, particularly the floors, dining chairs, and couch. Other than that, we would definitely stay here again and possibly try the cafe downstairs.

We picked the hotel due to the proximity to the airport ; it had a shuttle minibus to the hotel, catered for families with 2 king size beds and a double sofa bed in a room and was affordable. Amazing last minute accommodation with super friendly and helpful staff. I booked here last min when my airline decided to change my layover into an overnight one, and the staff here were so friendly, kind and incredibly nice! Would stay here again!
