Very good
Because we were compelled to eat inside our room due to COVID 19, we found it very inconvenient as rooms don't have a small table with 2 chairs to seat and eat. Regardless, the rooms should have a small table where 2 people can seat.

Mar 23 to 26 2021
We stayed there for three nights (2021-Mar 23-26). The hotel is clean, staff is very friendly but the elevator is too slow. Our last night was unpleasant, was disturbed by noisy guests or should I say rude people (it was out of your control) the staff did apologize when we checked out.

Short stay for business
Clean, quiet room and service is excellent. Grab-n-go breakfast was so so (but at least they're doing something during COVID). I gave them feedback about the tub drain needing some attention and hopefully they take action.

Poor
Don’t Want to Adhere to Own Policy
Called to confirm if any floors avail that don’t have pets. Advised need non-pet floor due to severe allergies. Told yes there are floors available. Decided to book and in the booking advised of requirement for non-per floor due severe allergies Day 1: In the evening, my wife and me heard a dog barking multiple times over the course of the evening. Called to advised. Male front counter worker advised no pets on our floor and even suggested what we have heard it from another floor. I’ve stayed at this location many times and have never heard a dog barking on my floor. This was definitely on my floor. Day 2: Heard dog barking again in the morning, again, called downstairs. Female front counter worker advised that pet friendly rooms were booked and some were on our floor (non-pet friendly floor). So basically the male directly lied to us as he didn’t want to deal with it. Advised female worker that this was not right and again, advised of the health issue. She acknowledged as she saw it on my booking. She said she would call back. When she did, she asked if I would like another room...I said NO. This was not my problem and it was too much of a hassle to move everything and my wife who had shoulder surgery wasn’t going to have us move around because the hotel didn’t adhere to their policy...that I confirmed before booking. I told her that if they can’t fix this issue to pay for a room elsewhere. She said she would call back again. Never heard back.

Rooms should have 2 chairs for people travelling as a couple. There aren't enough parking spaces at this hotel, customers who use orange cones to reserve their parking spaces while they are away they shouldn't allowed to do that. Parking should be for first come.
