Bad weather on our visit- but was nice to come back to suit for a nice bath and living room to relax in. Staff was nice. They offered free drink vouchers instead of having a cleaner for the 3 days which was a mistake. Our bin got full, and annoying for the wet towels. Wouldn’t take up that offer again. Lovely hotel, very close to everything in central Manchester.

Great location for Piccadilly station, quick check in, lovely room, bid £5.00 for an upgrade and was successful which gave us a larger room and a Nespresso machine, robes and slippers.
