Hot water was lukewarm. Construction for updates meant debris around and only elevator down 2 separate times during stay, causing many trips up/down from 2nd floor with bags to depart. Thankful we were not on top floor. Hotel main desk not staffed, used virtual means, and they were unaware of elevator situation. Seemed like everything done on the cheap to enhance their bottom line. Rate charged was WAY too much for the value.

Disappointed.
Elevator was broken. I had called early in the morning and requested a ground floor. Not only did they not have a ground floor room for us, we had to walk three flights of stairs to get to our room. Once there, we realized one of the beds had an awful squeaking every time you moved. We removed the mattress and put it on the floor to sleep. The phone in the room did not work. When I called on my cell phone the next morning to ask for the manager, the person who answered the phone coukd not tell me when the manager was coming in but said they would leave a message for them to call me. We never got the phone call. Overall this hotel was great when I stayed at it previously. That's why I brought my family back to this specific hotel. However we did not have a good experience this time.

There is no person to check you in The key on 4 different occasions had to be reprogrammed The internet was down 3 x the first two days Every plug in room except 1 did not work Asked for more towels 3 times before someone cane with towels No staff Only maids who do not speak English Breakfast was hideous compared to other hotel stays I travel about 139 to 150 nights a year and would rank this as in bottom 3 stays
