The hotel stay was decent. I read previous reviews some good and some bad, however we had a good experience. The hotel was clean and inviting. The pool was decent. We stayed for two days and didnt get to enjoy the full amenities. Wished the room offered a microwave. However we would definitely come back:-)

It was clean and comfortable, my only complaint would be the elevators. I sat at the elevator the on the 9th floor where are room was waiting for the elevator 20+ minutes 4/5 times over the weekend. They had 5 electors and it just seemed like they would pass right by our floor.

Staff was unprepared to handle sitations in a timely manner. Garage parking was confusing as well as disgusting. Couldnt use neither of the staircases out because the bottom floor was literally layered with feces and urine so you had to find some alternate route through the hotel.
