I always check places for bedbugs under the mattresses and furniture. No BBs but there were dead roaches under the bed and then a live one crawled up the wall. I told the desk and the person working was very curt with me about my complaint even though I approached respectfully. They moved me to a room on a diffrerent floor which was all around better but once again had a dead roach under the mattress. If I hadn't used OneKeyCash to pay for this I would've been much more upset. Behind the building is an empty lot where there were folks screaming and toss beer bottles.

The elevator wasn't working so we had to carry our own luggage up. There was cigarettes and other trash in the stair case. The room smelled really bad and was a little dirty. We found a frozen water bottle that someone had left in the fridge as well.

First off the front desk clerk was rude and very aggressive! Toilet was broken also the elevator was broken! My room door wouldn’t close completely if it did I would be locked in the room! They didn’t want to refund me nor did they!

Elevator was broke and giving rooms on 4th floor get in room tv doesnt work microwave broke lamp not working. The guy switched me to 4 different rooms til a tv worked
