I Was Comfortable
This was my third time staying at this hotel. The beds are nice and the room is clean. My hotel window view was good. This place is close to all of the places that I like to visit including the mall. This is my number 1 hotel for São Paulo. My only complain during this stay: The liquid soap dispenser was near empty and there were no soap bars.

O estacionamento é pago, mas funciona muito bem. Hotel bem localizado. Infelizmente tivemos problemas com formigas no quarto, demorou um pouco para enviarem uma equipe de manutenção e resolver o problema, depois de algumas horas decidimos trocar o quarto pois a manutenção não poderia aplicar o veneno com a gente no quarto. Pelo valor da estadia, creio que deveriam se prontificar a solucionar mais rapidamente esse tipo de inconveniente.
