The hotel is very good near to most of the attractions.
The rooms are spacious, also the staff is very helpful in guiding what you need.
Just what is missing is the hot water kettle in the room, they can add that in rooms so that it’s easy for the travellers

The property itself is great, looks nice and the rooms are ok. Not so much a fan of their breakfast- very busy, crowded, and have to fight for a table. In addition their dinner/lunch aren’t the best and quite costly. In general the hotel is good.

The hotel in general is nice and well kept. Breakfast I suggest going early as the tables fill up and you will have to eat outside. The room I was in had no iron.. which is a big inconvenience.

The room was fine. My issue is that I left behind earrings and realized it within hours of checking out. I knew exactly where the earrings were left. However, when I called the property they were unable to connect me with someone who spoke English. By the time I spoke to someone about my earrings it was a day later and I was informed the earrings were not located

Edredom com mancha antiga de sangue, toalha com mancha amarelada, panquecas queimadas no bufê, funcionários do café da manhã fazendo questão de não “ver” os clientes para não tirar os pedidos de pratos quentes. Não tem serviço de lavanderia. O pior de tudo: na descrição do site se dizem QUATRO estrelas. Me senti muito enganada. Tive dias incríveis em SP, a exceção foi o hotel. Era sempre um desprazer voltar. Se for comparar com o Ibis, podemos dizer que é um Ibis com frigobar.
