Very bad value for what you get in return. The resort fee is ridiculous, its a run of the mill hotel - nothing 'resort' about it. The resort fee of 36$ per person per night gets you a bottle of water and a glass of wine, and various discounts off things that are overpriced to begin with ($6 for a bottle of water in the gift shop). We also werent given our vouchers to avail of the discounts and free bevergaes upon checkin, and had to ask for them ourselves on the 3rd day once we realised our fellow guests had them.
The room was clean and the cleaners did a great job each day. Staff were very friendly. This was the main saving grace.
Overall, the hotel is quite dated and doesnt offer much to guests other than a place to sleep. So while it does the job, it was not worth the price paid and doesnt live up to being a 'resort'.

Champions Suite
We booked the Champions Suite for (4) guests. We arrived and were warmly greeted by Rich immediatly. Rich was extremely helpful and showed a level of customer service rarely seen in the Hotel Industry these days. The suite was very spacious, but the amenities and furnishings were outdated and did not provide very good use of the space. The suite info said there was a sofa bed, but both of the sofa's in the suite were standard couches with no bed. When we ordered a roll-up bed, we were told that there would be a $25 charge. I tipped for delivery, but disputed the charge at checkout and explained that I didn't agree to the charge based on the fact that there were no other places to sleep for our children, and the charge was removed.
Overall the view from the balcony and our interaction with Rich were the highlights of the stay. I hear they are renovating the Suites, hopefully when they do they will provide a more useful layout!!!

I wanted to live this place as it is so close to schools, but my room was dirty and I was too tired from my drive to change rooms. There was a chair with a giant stain and odor in my room. I had to put the a/c on in order to disguise the odor. Pic attached. I would not stay here again.

This Hilton is located in a beautiful area close to the ocean. The rooms are a little dated and the restaurants on site are mediocre. Staff was friendly.

Property was great all amenities and dining. For guests parking should not be so expensive. 40$ a night is overpriced most of the day no parking at the venue.

Not good value
Though the location was beautiful it was not convenient. The only restaurant options close by were in the hotel which was over priced with an hour wait time for the food. The staff was friendly and tried to make up for what they could but it was clear that the hotel was under staffed in general. Our room was not made up and they ran out of clean pool towels. The hotel also needs some renovation. The cushions on the chairs were worn and fraying and the furniture was chipped. Fees are high for what you get. They charge a resort fee of $36/day plus $40/day for self parking. Internet access was interrupted. Wouldn’t recommend or stay again for the price.

Amazing! We loved every part of our stay. Seemless check in, with our toddler and dog.
The pool was amazing, heated salt water pool.
The staff were always so friendly and couldn’t have done anything more!
We have found our staycation hotel, that we always wanted!
Thank you Hilton, we will be back!

I liked everything at this hotel was fantastic, nice clean room , friendly staff and food options. I didn’t like the fact that there were lots of bees , the hotel should be doing something about the massive bee population, the bees were flying around our balcony kept trying to get in our room and wanting to get in our food as we were eating on our room balcony. Other than that everything was fantastic!
