Beautiful hotel. Staff was great. There are no amenities. Loud bar close by so if you are in room 109 you may wake up to loud base thumping in your heads. We spent about and hour in the lobby around 1 am. We were not the only ones to complain. We did get a partial refund on our room. We slept better in the Super 8.

Everything about this hotel exudes hospitality. Starting with the front desk, the the courteous staff made sure we had everything necessary to have a great stay. They knew the area like the back of a hand. They knew opening & closing times of all restaurants & attractions. Just an overall gracious team who worked together. Even the cleaning crew thanked us for staying withSt Francis. We were treated like royalty.

6/10 Good

Sara at front desk and Sara the general manager were terrific. Steven and the other front desk person not so much. Our room’s heat did not work and Steven was not helpful and basically said we were out of luck. GM moved us the next day after work in our initial room took most of day. Heat did not work on that room but temp stayed comfortable since we were on a higher floor. Overall impressed with the service received from two Sara’s, and the property was otherwise well maintained and super convenient to venues we needed.

The most beautiful, peaceful property. The staff is excellent and I loved the valet parking. We had to make some changes in our travel arrangements and the staff went above and beyond to help us. Also a perfect location in the plaza.

My bathroom window would not close completely. The restaurant next door was power washing until after 11pm and the generator it used was extremely loud along with the powerful water pressure. A 4AM fire alarm got us all up and out of our rooms but it was caused by a problem with the hotel’s 3rd floor sprinklers. Water in my bathroom did not work until the following day. The positive aspects were the incredibly helpful staff (maids, desk, concierge, valets) who helped me so much and the fresh brewed coffee in the lobby, daily. Perfect location made for an even better experience.
