The staff were amazing and very helpful. The riots and widespread vandalism was tragic. The hotel planters were destroyed and the bikes from the e-bike rack were burned / broken. Celine, Dior and others right by the hotel were looted. Would love to come back to this wonderful location without the civil unrest.

they did not clean our room the first day , I guess they forgot . Few equipment like the fan in the room and the wall dryer unit was not working and we told them and they never did , we were there only for a few days . They try to upcharge you when possible , they bill you for drinks you didn't have in the room , they add city tax to the invoice even though we had paid in full with expedia and then they charge you for tip for daily cleanup of the room which I refused to pay .... Great location , nice mini hotel but I am not sure I want to go back there again
