6/10 Good

The plusses - central location close to Stadtmitte and Potsdamer Platz, lot's of restaurants and interesting sites nearby. The rooms are spacious, bathrooms good, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchens. The minuses - some of the furnishings (couch, chairs) are low quality and showing signs of wear. The electrical system my our first room stopped working and we had to move to a different room. Staff are helpful but only available until about 9 PM. Not clear what you would do after that if your electronic key stopped working or you lost it or if you had any other problem with the room.

Right in the middle of everything. This Aparthotels was perfect for our family with bedrooms and living/kitchen. It was also close to many bus stops and train stations. Everything seemed to be within a mile or two of everything. The staff was helpful and all were super helpful.

8/10 Very good

The balcony room was extremely spacious, especially for an inner city hotel. Very sweet and helpful staff. Good central location, however I feel there are nicer parts of town to stay. Watch out for scammers trying to get donation for a deaf school!

People at the front desk were very friendly, helpful and kind. We really enjoyed staying here. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and big, the kitchen was useful, and we really enjoyed the window side sitting area to see sunset. We will definitely come back here for our next visit to Berlin!

Lovely clean modern apartments. Friendly team and easy access to central Berlin. The apartment is very close to a number of attractions which made it very easy to visit them before the crowds turned up. We liked it so much we looked up where else they had them!

Amazing place to stay

We absolutely love our stay here in this hotel. It's so modern and very functional and comfortable. The whole staff are so welcoming, friendly and helpful. They made our stay in Berlin so much easier. The location of the hotel is also perfect. I highly recommend staying in this hotel.

8/10 Very good

A very clean and cozy hotel at a great location. The staff is friendly and very helpful. We have been last year and it was better previously, this time when we checked in there was body soap missing in the dispenser and a sponge for dishes absent we asked to fill it and they immediately did, the receptionists were very helpful during our stay.

Perfect spot and excellent accommodation

This hidden gem is the perfect place for a weekend getaway. The location is excellent for public transport connections and right next to Checkpoint Charlie. The apartment was spotless and contained everything we needed for our stay. Staff were very nice and could not do enough for us! We will definitely be back!
