We have been last year and it was better previously, this time when we checked in there was body soap missing in the dispenser and a sponge for dishes absent we asked to fill it and they immediately did, the receptionists were very helpful during our stay.

This hidden gem is the perfect place for a weekend getaway. The location is excellent for public transport connections and right next to Checkpoint Charlie. Amazing experience, loved every minute. Thank you for the extra touches of wine and chocolates for our celebration of my partners 30th birthday. Room was exceptional and bed really comfy. Extra touches of Dyson fan and umbrella meant so much. Huge bathroom and two TVs. Would highly recommend.
